This weekend seminar in Arlington, VA will teach you the mechanics of energy, how it flows in your life, how to connect to it, how to create your future with it. We will focus on how to optimize your talents and abilities, how to make your life into what you want it to be.

Friday evening, 6:00-8pm – introduction to energy work
Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm – meditations, energy exercises and partner work designed to give you all the skills you need to consistently connect to a higher frequency and a higher realization of your abilities.

The meditations that will take place in this event will teach how to effortlessly connect with that deeper inner power, and use it to heal ourselves and others. In a group, we create a powerful experience where we feel the light present and in operation throughout the meditations. In this atmosphere, personal transformation can take place.
Abbi Lake o'neill
Abbi was born on a farm in Indiana. She grew up in the Quaker church. After getting a degree at Columbia University and traveling in Europe, she came to Los Angeles for a career in film. But when her mother was dying of ovarian cancer, she had a break-through experience and began channeling. Her yoga practice helped her see energetic blocks in chakras, and she began doing channeled readings specifically oriented to dissolving chakra blocks. Since 2009 Abbi has done over 10,000 readings as a medical intuitive. Her work is designed to restore the flow of energy in the chakras to help heal illness and deeply entrenched behavioral problems. She also teaches this technique in classes and seminars. She has taught workshops in energy healing for over 10 years all over the United States, in Canada and Europe.
jim mccarthy
Jim has spent most of his adult life as a student of mysticism. He has developed a teaching that outlines the physical and mental healing that comes from energy and light. He teaches the power of positive choice that each soul has the right to make, along with releasing old negative patterns from family and relationships which inhibit growth and prosperity. He has held a Sacred Room class for over ten years, which concentrates a high frequency energy that heals and brings spiritual gifts and enlightened perception. He teaches students how to work with light and energy, how to let the light work through them, to help them become an instrument of a higher consciousness that aligns them with their true purpose, and what they truly came to earth to do.
