The early bird price for this event is $1,389.00 (Includes 2 nights at Bell Rock Inn, Studio Room, room taxes and resort fees) Excludes all other travel expenses. This price is good until April 15th 2025. The regular price will be $1,489.00 for those how register after April 15th, 2025
We will be providing complementary snacks, coffee, tea, and water for the event

We have provided some registration options for payments for your convenience
$500.00 non refundable deposit will reserve your spot. (Just choose this option if you want to pay the balance later. Balance will need to be paid by April 15th 2025 to get the early bird discount.
$1,389.00, Pay in full option. If you choose this option, you are paid in full for both the event and hotel. No other payment will be needed unless you have hotel expenses such as food, or other type additional charges billed to your room. (After April 15th this will go up to $1,489.00)
$889.00 Balance due option, for those who paid a deposit, you will need to come back and pay the additional balance due by April 15th to get the early bird discount, or $989.00 after April 15th, prior to the event.
