Sedona is a special place. It’s known as one of the highest frequencies in America today. It is full of high energy vortexes that can enable us to make a strong connection to a higher frequency, and connect to higher levels of consciousness.
This intensive in Sedona will have specific group meditations, advanced spiritual sessions, and ceremony, to assist you with the following:
Clear mental and emotional blocks to hearing guidance, and help you to connect to your spiritual guides and angels. If you are already channeling, it will intensify and clarify the experience.
Make use of this heightened frequency or vibration to clear old emotional wounds, perceptions and traumatic past experiences that may be blocking you from enjoying life and creating the life you truly desire.
Learn to connect with sacred energy in Sedona, or in any power location or vortex in nature, and to tune in to that high frequency connection to receive specific spiritual gifts, insights, and connect to new abilities that you are meant to express.
There will be plenty of time to journal, experience Sedona, and get clarity on your path going forward in your own life. We will begin the intensive on Friday night with a special meditation and energy healing work to start off the weekend.
This weekend spiritual retreat will feature a combination of meditations and teachings. We will go to the energy vortexes of Sedona, connect to the powerful energy, and learn how to use it to hear your inner guidance, raise your frequency, and let go of old energy. Hiking is optional, there will be vista points to experience the energy fully without a lot of walking, if that’s what you need.
Schedule:
Friday night – Connecting to Light meditation, and setting the intention for healing and receiving spiritual gifts, from 5pm-7:30pm, group dinner optional
Saturday and Sunday – Meditations, teachings on how to connect to your higher Self using the energy of the vortexes, and how to move from your head to your heart. We will be visiting energy vortexes to get assistance with clearing away inner messaging and data that no longer serves you, connecting to your guidance and intuition, and using this powerful energy to manifest the things in life you truly want.
In our Sedona spiritual retreat, we will learn how to connect to the powerful energy vortexes. This will bring in spiritual gifts, open up our spiritual guidance, and bring into our awareness new spiritual insights.
We will be focusing on going from using our mind to navigate life, to a direct connection to inner guidance and infinite wisdom.
We will have ceremonies to let go of old emotions, and data that does not align with our Higher Self, and may be interfering with guidance and intuition.
We will learn practices to manifest what is truly meaningful, and to let go of any blocks interfering with manifesting what we truly want to experience.
Abbi O’Neill has been a practicing medical intuitive for 14 years. Her energy work dissolves emotional blocks which have been created from trauma and negative experiences, in the present life or even in a past life.
